Within ACCW we are building a Team of specialized Operational Permanent Controllers, which will collaborate on different topics with Arval Entities. The recruitment is open for a position of Procurement (purchases) Operational Permanent Control Specialist. The procurement OPC Specialist collaborates closely with Country procurement Managers, Country Operational Controllers and Procurement Corporate Specialists to deliver efficient and effective services. He also plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely performance of controls, contributing to the control framework defined at Group and Arval level. In addition, this position is responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting and analytical support to the stakeholders.
The main activities on requested position are as follow:

Implement the operational permanent control framework related to Procurement risks defined at Corporate level:

Allocate or delegate controls for entities in cooperation with the Country HR Teams and OPC Teams

Perform controls on a basis of provided documents

Formalize and archive control steps and results

Report control results in a dedicated IT system

In collaboration with Country procurement Teams, define, record, and monitor action plans, following the control results

Collaborate with Corporate Procurement and the Conduct & Control office (Corporate Head of OPCs) to adjust the procurement permanent control framework to the BNP Paribas Group and Arval requirements

Collaborate with ACCW Procurement (RIMES) analysts to report operational incidents from procurement RIMES area (or any future procurement process performed by ACCW) in accordance with BNP Paribas guidelines

Collaborate with Country OPCs and ACCW Procurement analysts in the process of risk assessment of procurement RIMES area (or any future procurement process performed by ACCW) in accordance with BNP Paribas guidelines

Support Country Procurement Managers in preparatory works for internal audits done by the Group BNP Paribas in RIMES area (or any future procurement process performed by ACCW)

We expect from candidates:

University degree in law, finance, economics, or other science faculties

Minimum two years of working experience on a similar position in an international environment

English language fluency (verbal and written), French language is a plus
